As an owner, Clifford and his staff have been nothing but AMAZING during the entire process of renting out my first home. I simply handed over the keys and Clifford did the rest. From prepping the house, to marketing it, to quickly and efficiently securing quality renters, I have been left very impressed. The communication and quick response to the tenants and my needs and requests have also been nothing but fantastic. After talking to numerous other property management companies in the area, nobody was able to come close to what Clifford and his company offer. We recently found that there was a water line that was spraying water in the crawl space where we live. Nest Idaho Property Management (and Owner Clifford Callen) are the best. If you are looking to rent a property that they are managing, you will be thrilled. Our company (Preferred Home Services of Magic Valley) handles all of their repair issues in the Twin Falls area. Whenever Clifford has us do repairs for him, he always want the job done right...never cheaply and half assed like so many other property managers want. We recently completed a replacement of a bathtub, drywall repairs in the bedroom below (from water damage caused by the tub) and replaced a broken heater in the bathroom. Even though these repairs were going to be very expensive (thousands of dollars in repairs) Clifford never once wanted us to cut any corners or asked us to do the work in anything less than a professional manner. In fact his only concern the whole time, was that the job be done RIGHT. So rest assured, if you are renting a property from Nest, when you need repairs done...they will hire competent professionals that will get the job done 100%.
