When they realized I didn't have a car yet, they happily took me to Ikea. They loaded up their truck with all my new stuff, and even helped me set everything up at home. I couldn't believe how above and beyond their help was - it was so much more than I expected from real estate agents.

Also their quick to respond help has been incredible! Every time there was a repair or maintenance need in my home, they acted promptly. They took the responsibility of not just contracting the required work but also coming to my home and communicating with the workers during small repairs. This made it easy so I didn't have to use google translate to communicate with the people. Their bilingual skills (Spanish/English) have been incredible for me to easily communicate my wants and needs.

Furthermore, their thoughtful gesture of providing a cleaning lady was the cherry on top. Not only has she kept my home spotless but also a testament to Richard and Denise's skills for connecting high quality people to others.

In summary, Richard and Denise have been outstanding property managers, friends, and real estate agents. They have shown to go above and beyond the expected for their clients.
