I just recently rented an apartment from Parklane Management. I spoke with Dan and it was great having somebody who was willing to work with me when so many others didn't even want to bother taking the time to talk. Not only did they listen to my situation, they took the time to look into other properties that I wasn't even aware of that might work out.
I ended up loving the apartment. It worked out to being a quick approval and sudden change of pace to moving!
The lease process was all online, which was perfect! The program didn't want to load all the docs and it was a little more complicated for my older co-signer. However we worked everything out without a problem with some patience.
There were a few missing details that needed buttoned up with the apartment when I went to move in. However, it was immediately addressed and thoroughly double checked to make it right. Everything was very professionally handled. It's nice to feel comfortable with the people involved in one's livelihood.

I cannot thank the leasing and turnover crew at the Idaho Building enough for their help when I decided to move units. When I suffered an accident with injuries a week before the move, Dan, Karla, James, Bob, and the rest of the crew, went above and beyond to not only work around my availability but to ensure the new space was in top condition!

Further, they added an accommodation that was absolutely not their problem, but allowed me to recover more safely and comfortably. The leasing process, communication, and unit finishing could not have been handled more professionally. More important than anything: their kindness. Genuine concern for my well-being.

In an upside-down world, I cannot think of a greater attribute. I am very comfortable in my beautiful new space and know that if anything comes up, this team is ready to handle it with professionalism…and kindness. My heartfelt thanks!

Recently moved into my apartment. Dan has been great and very communicative. Apartment is in a great location and the redone floors and new appliances are great. Only complaint is the kitchen and all the windows being pretty dirty but other than that it’s been a very easy process.

His confidence of getting you through their paperless contract, in my opinion, is a wonderful way of doing business.

I had a great loft unit in the back near the camel back trails and my living experience there was amazing for the last year and a half! Having just moved out, the process was smooth and welcoming thanks to James in the position to help move-in and move-outs! He was very kind and understanding to my needs! I have been renting an apartment through parklane for just over a year now. I enjoy the location of my apartment and my neighbors are great! Dan was wonderful and I have 0 complaints about him! The repair guys are also awesome!

The problem, at my apartment complex, parkcenter plaza, there is an elevator that goes from the garage to the 3rd floor. Many tenants rely on this elevator not only for convenience, but also to help with quality of life. They had someone out to service it in early July. The elevator then worked for about a week. It was extremely slow, shook, was very loud, clunky, and the doors took a full minute to open. It then stopped working randomly. Since then I have called, left many voicemails, sent texts, emailed, at this point I am resorting to leaving a google review. My fiance left a review a few months back and they finally responded after many failed attempts at getting ahold of them. At this point I would just like an update on when it will be fixed. I’m not asking for it to be fixed overnight, just as long as they have a plan it would be greatly appreciated to be kept in the loop. I have a medical condition that forces me to rely on the elevator and since it has been down, my condition has been flaring up. We chose an apartment on the top floor because when we moved in, there were accommodations for my medical condition. Now that the elevator doesn’t work, it’s proving difficult to be comfortable in my own home.

This is not the repair guys fault. He is not equipped with the knowledge or tools to fix this elevator and I don’t expect him to be. This falls on parklane to fix and it is proving more impossible than swimming to the moon. If this persists, I might honestly consider moving elsewhere. I love my apartment but it’s effecting my health.

Dan was a genuine professional yet very down to earth man! He had true empathy and compassion for our situation and hardships. He worked tenacious with us to get us into our new sanctuary we call home! Highly recommend Dan and Parklane Management to anyone.

The best part of my experience -the people I've dealt with are kind. The leasing agent Dan, in particular, was great to deal with!
Since then my experience has gone downhill fast so I logged back in to edit my review.
After receiving my keys, I moved in a week later which was TWO weeks ago.
So far my experience has been; someone else's old, dried feces in the toilet, an infestation of pin moths, broken drawers in the kitchen, a kitchen that smells like cigarette smoke perhaps from a previous tenant (?), and a broken AC.
Most of the addressable items have been fixed or dealt with however, at no time have I received an apology or follow-up communication from Parklane. Someone goes in while I'm at work and leaves a simple note on my door.
My AC is still broken by the way. The fix so far was someone installing a large, completely in the way floor unit cooler which does not cool the bedroom. Our temps have been over 100 for weeks now.
I'm ranting, but my overall review is that Parklane is mediocre at best and would I have known that I'd be bunking up with moths in a hot apartment smelling of stale cigarette smoke with all the other issues, I would not have signed the lease!
