This has been the worst experience of my life. Dr. Patricia Eseverri has discriminated against a patient whom she did not treat because he is Puerto Rican. The doctor told the grandmother of the patient with cerebral palsy. That she should return to her country and she refused to treat them.

An action that does not represent the medical profession, I hope this reaches many people and they report this discriminatory incident.

Dr. Patricia Eseverri is an outstanding physician who truly cares about her patients. From the moment I walked into her office, I felt welcomed and valued. She took the time to listen carefully to my concerns, explain my condition in detail, and offer a comprehensive treatment plan that was easy to understand.

Her professionalism and compassion are second to none. Dr. Eseverri is thorough, attentive, and genuinely invested in her patients' well-being. I never felt rushed, and she ensured all my questions were answered. She also followed up to make sure I was doing well after my visit, which really stood out to me.

If you’re looking for a doctor who is both knowledgeable and empathetic, I highly recommend Dr. Patricia Eseverri. She truly goes above and beyond to provide exceptional care.

For those of you who have an opportunity to be seen by Doctor Eseverri it's a blessing she is compassionate. She listens to patients. She doesn't allow staff to dictate who she cares for. I wish she was still my Doctor. So if you get an opportunity and you feel your doctor isn't paying attention to you. Then I highly recommend Dr. Eseverri. Also I read a comment about Dr. Eseverri discriminating against a Puerto Rican patient well I am Puerto Rican and like I wrote she is the best Lakeland Regional has to offer.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Eseverri. She is thorough, compassionate, truly listens and takes time to answer every question. I’m forever grateful I found her.

The Dr. Is great when you get to see her. The people at the billing desk need to get their act together. They charge a different price every time you come for an appointment. First it was $20, then $25 now $30 dollars and I have no copay and my deductible has been met but now I pay more. Apparently a training issue. Or they make it up as they go.

I'm not sure if it was just bad luck or coincidence but both of my grandparents and now my great aunt go to her and have had very careless, flippant care. Missed my grandfather's colon cancer, so he just ended up accepting his fate and died slowly. Polyps everywhere in every colonoscopy, nothing was mentioned. My grandmother very blatantly had a stroke or several small strokes, but that was not the mentioned or addressed. She died unable to move half of her body, speaking in slurred words (and then totally non verbal) and very confused and frightened. Now I have a very dear, great aunt in the hospital (probably for c diff that she's had for a while and NO ONE HAS NOTICED) extremely dehydrated with her kidneys not functioning properly. These things can kill someone, especially someone who is in their 70's or 80's.
