They sold me a contract for my special car, and the contract is not respected. 24h assistance is close during the weekend, no replacement car even it's written in the contract, 4 hours waiting time for a car lift, after calling 5 times under the sun. Nobody is speaking Eng . Avoid signing any contract from them...

I found Enrique very helpful in arranging a policy for residencies. Even before I arrived! When I did go in to see him. He had continued to search DKV, after our conversation and managed to locate a policy for less than the phone quote. ?
I have had several email conversations with Marijana at the office. She is always helpful. I have now taken out car insurance through them and have had a recent quote for home insurance.
I'm very happy with the service I have received.

Fantastic company always willing to help out and go the extra mile! Very supportive with all house, car, health insurance and life insurance for my parents. Mirjana is the best and responds very quickly who is our main contact but Enriqui and Ahinoa have always been great as well. Also having everything under one company helps as well.
