Have to repost every few days as it keeps getting deleted. Will do so as people need to know about this company and their egregious behavior. On 3/26/2022, this company roofed a house next door to us and then their crew stayed 2 and a half hours after finishing (5:30pm to 8pm) to lie around on our front lawn drinking, chatting, and playing loud Mexican music. When I finally got fed up and walked outside, they saw me, took the hint, and left. I did not even have to say a word...they knew they shouldn't have been there. Some time later that night, someone came into our backyard and smashed a Yuengling glass beer bottle against our backdoor. Carlos R, their "sales manager," couldn't care less. He stated he was onsite till 5:30pm and that there was no drinking going on. But when I pressed him about the time period from 5:30pm to 8pm and asked him where he was and why his crew was trespassing on our property to drink, chat, and play music, he went hostile and claimed what they were doing was lawful. This is documented in a series of emails between him and I and, after he defended the trespassing and stated it was lawful, we decided to contact an attorney. We also filed a police report with the Garland, TX police. The report number is and the officer's name is *. We were told to watch for this group in our neighborhood in future and call the police back out if there were any further incidents. Have never dealt with a company who defended unprofessional conduct and trespassing from their employees and claimed it was lawful. Updates: 4/09/22 Came to our door again. We told them never to return. 4/10/22 Carlos R threatened me with a lawsuit for leaving this review. My reviews at other sites have been deleted. I am reposting them. 4/11/2022 Contacted the Garland Police again and spoke with Officer *. Report number is . 4/13/2022, Came to our door yet again. Contacted Lt. * and Officer . 4/18/2022, Found their sales flyer in our backyard. 4/19/2022, Officer * called Carlos R** and told him and his crew never to bother us again.
