If I could give 0 stars I would. I do not believe this company is even worthy of one star. I lived in a property that was managed by this company for just over 1 year. The entire experience was nothing short of horrendous. This company does not have its residents best interest in mind and they are more worried on how to make a quick dollar. Throughout my time of living here they have cost me so much money from various scenarios. This company is a very distrustful company.

The next thing I would like to say is how unsanitary and unappealing they keep their properties. Throughout the time that I lived in this community managed by Real One Property management, there were a number of rodent and bug infestations. There were hundreds of rats running around the premises and even coming into the units due to the companies poor management. This issue was brought to their attention various times and Yodelvis Betancourt would give the same answer every time that it was the pest control companies fault and not theirs. This went on for months and Yodelvis would continuously say they were going to hire a new pest control company but they never did. The truth is this issue was not managed by Real One Property management because they did not want to spend the money to rectify the situation. There were many solutions that could have been executed to solve this situation. In addition to the pest problems the overall appearance of the property was so poor. The pool area which was managed by Real One Property management was so unkept. All the chairs were dirty and falling apart. The barbecue area was so poor that when you would open the top pieces of medal would fall off. This was never rectified. I even found a dead rat in the pool area which was not taken care of.

When you confront Yodelvis Betancourt about these issues he makes you believe he is going to fix them and then never does anything about it. Unfortunately Yodelvis Betancourt does not have his community members best interest in mind before his businesses max profit.

I am sure they will have time to respond to this review with nothing but excuses and lies but please if you can take one thing out of this, trust me DO NOT HIRE REAL ONE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT.

I have been a resident at my current address for a staggering 15 years now, and the experience I've had with the Cameron Park Home Association managed by Real One Property Management has been nothing short of a nightmare. Specifically, my ongoing ordeal with the management's handling of my Garbage and Recycling Bins has left me utterly frustrated and disheartened.

Despite being a responsible resident who diligently follows the community's guidelines and regulations, I have found myself on the receiving end of unwarranted harassment. Recently, I received a letter threatening me with violations that allegedly must be rectified immediately. The consequences of failing to comply included exorbitant fines, with the threat of appearing before a Fining Committee if I did not meet their demands promptly.

What astounds me the most is the disproportionate severity of the penalties imposed by the Cameron Park Home Association. To think that I could be subjected to fines of up to $100.00 per day, accumulating to an outrageous maximum of $1000.00 or even higher, all because of issues surrounding my Garbage and Recycling Bins, is utterly ludicrous. Such excessive penalties demonstrate a complete lack of understanding and empathy on the part of the management.

The lack of reasonable dialogue or attempts at resolving the issue amicably is highly disappointing. Instead, the association has chosen to adopt a heavy-handed approach that feels more like a money-making scheme than an effort to maintain a harmonious community. The manner in which they wield these threats only serves to create an environment of fear and hostility, rather than fostering a sense of community and collaboration.

Furthermore, the lack of flexibility and consideration from the association is disheartening. Living in a community for 15 years should warrant some level of trust and goodwill, yet the Cameron Park Home Association seems to disregard this entirely. Instead of fostering positive relationships with long-standing residents, they prefer to wield punitive measures that do nothing but exacerbate the existing problems.

The experience I've had with the Cameron Park Home Association, managed by Real One Property Management, has left me deeply disillusioned. Their approach to addressing issues, particularly regarding my Garbage and Recycling Bins, is overly harsh and lacks the necessary understanding and empathy required for effective community management. If this is indicative of their overall management style, I would strongly advise against anyone considering residing in a property managed by Real One Property Management under the Cameron Park Home Association.
