I just finished up a few years of property management under this company. I have mixed feelings about the business and I must admit I am very happy to have closed the contract even though I felt like they were doing their best in the end. I had a tenant move out without notifying anyone and when it came to getting a new lease signed, during the last month if not over - we couldn't because they weren't able to locate the person who moved out and instead I had to settle for an email with the renter agreeing to pay me - no lease. To go through that was not ideal for me as a property owner. For all the repairs I had done on the household, I always looked for a vendor because I simply couldn't afford the ones the offered. One of the first vendor quotes I received was like 1k for landscape work when i would get all my hedge trimmed for $100 alone.. regardless, i was able to take care of all of that on my own for us to move forward but I felt like i was doing their job by having to look for options that would match my own budget - especially from states away. On the move-out inspection, they weren't aware an entire pergola was taken out my backyard until i brought it to their attention... Although again, not their fault the renters removed it without their permission, who is to say how long it has been missing. I don't believe there were eyes on my actual house or even semi annual inspections or photos during these few years other than the move in and move out inspection.. Honestly, this whole experience was very stressful for me. Their inspector that did my move-out inspection didn't report on a couple things that we found later on with a major one being a roach infestation. I had someone go to see my house in person and have videos and pictures of dead and alive roaches that were all around the downstairs level. Now that's just one thing their inspector didn't catch. There was also added paint to a dining room wall, blinds that were warped that cost over $100 alone to replace, and a few other things like other things. All of this would have come out of my pocket if I didn't have someone in the area to look.. The renters that lived in my house would report multiple major problems at once instead of as they were coming up. They didn't report my main water valve pipe being broken so when we turned the water back on, the flooding outside my house was a wonderful $750+ surprise. I also had to pay over $350+ for the AC condensate drain clogging which routine maintenance is what prevents that from happening in the first place as what the HVAC reported but still I had to fix that.
Although what the renters did or didn't do was not at fault of this management company, I feel like the renters should have been more accountable for things going wrong in my house such as a completely cracked toilet I had to replace. I don't believe I have ever heard of a relatively new toilet cracking to the point it needed replacement because of normal wear and tear. Speaking with 2 other property managers, they said they would have charged them for breaking the toilet instead of shrugging about how this happened and just leaving it to me. Altogether, I can give other instances of when I was unsatisfied with the service like when a repair was made when only an inspection and quote should have happened.. I do feel like there are human errors that could have been avoided. They were very helpful to me in wrapping everything up and communicated with me as a team in the end. They were always nice to me and I feel like they did their best but I just wish the process was a bit smoother all around because it was just really exhausting. I'm grateful for everything and I hope to not upset anyone by giving an honest review or what this felt on my end.

RPM and Ana (and everyone in that office) have really stepped up and showed me that I can rely on them to take care of my property and myself as a person. If you want to be in good hands look no further. The staff is very responsive and professional. I got 99problems but this apartment ain't one, and all thanks to this top service company.
