This has to be one of the WORST places to look for any apartment or property. Staff is highly rude and don't care about customer service. I don't know how someone could be so rude and nasty running a business for 30 years. You built your success off of desperate people looking for a home. If you love dealing with slumlords this place is perfect for you. Rats, roaches and attitude.

This is my second time renting with this company. I like the owner, he is funny and I enjoy his existence. I love the ladies in the office. One of them is stern..but in that line of work you have to be. She means well 🙂 I don’t have any complaints. Serious issues are taken care of. Don’t believe everything you see online.

I had my property listed to rent for less than 48 hours with this company. The communication is terrible. The woman Lorraine that runs the listings is absolutely the most unprofessional person I have ever met in my life. It is amazing to me that this company is still running and I believe the one and a half stars it has is too many ! This place gets a star rating from me and if I could go negative, It would be -5 stars !!!

Worst Customer Service ever!!
They list properties for sale and then is like they are doing you a favor is you want to inquire!
Lorraine, managed to put clients away instead of bringing business for themselves.... she said the have been in business for 35 years, maybe is time for you to retire!!!

Lorraine Robinson Is the worst to deal with. It is a shame for this company to have such an unprofessional person working for them. They gave me hell from day one for a house that was completely trash. I moved in and stayed my three months I gave my deposit for and left. Ppl please please beware!!!! The reviews are TRUE! They are liars and scammers. It’s an easy process to get in but your experience will be the ultimate worst ever. Lorraine Robinson Is devil with a bad attitude. Crazy the company still has her there with all the negative reviews!!

The only good attention that you are going to received is from the lady at the front desk. Lorraine is so rude, unrespectful, mean, and unprofessional.
I don’t recommend this horrible place to rent an apartment.

on North Miami office, at Biscayne Blvd, The front Desk woman, Brazilian, is kind.
But the Realtors, so umpolite.
It's not because the market is hot that you need to mistreat people. Extremely rude, both the blonde broker (who claims to be from South Africa) was rude to me, and the Realtor sitting at the last table was arrogant to another client, scolding the client's son who was watching a cartoon on his cell phone. Please stay away from this place. It's not worth being disrespected like that!
