I am 72-yrs-old during, this, my first experience as a landlord. I was very hesitant to rent my home because I knew nothing of the process and was concerned about finding tenants that were trustworthy and financially stable. We have been in our rental house with Renter’s Warehouse for almost 2 years and just re-signed for a third year. From the touring and application process to renewals each year, Philip Hamilton has been amazing with his quick responses and ability to answer any questions we have. During the search process for a rental house we encountered a few other companies who were shady and not transparent about application processes and from the beginning we felt at ease with Renter’s Warehouse and Philip. We plan to stay in this house for awhile but should we need to move or recommend to anyone, we would definitely recommend Renter’s Warehouse and Philip Hamilton!

I’m extremely impressed with the service Kristi Burkshaw provided on behalf of Renters Warehouse! She went above and beyond for us and helped me in every way possible before and after move-in. There was an issue with the water heater that was discovered on moving day and Renters Warehouse had it addressed and fixed in less than 24 hours! They followed up on the next business day to confirm as well! Their tenant portal is extremely user friendly and I’m beyond happy I chose to rent through them.
