Our move in was okay. Avery told us there was not a formal walk through inspection but we took pics of some pre-existing conditions from previous tenant. Attaching some of the photos. We cleaned fan and kitchen exhaust.
Other than that move in was good and still enjoying my apartment!

I was so fortunate to be able to spend my 13 week traveling contract here. The management was so accommodating and worked with me every step of the way! They were always so kind and quick to help with any question or issues.
I could not believe how quiet it was. There were times when I thought I was the only one there.
There was garage parking right across the street and The King Edward’s location is perfect. Close to Universities, Hospitals, Lawrenceville, the Strip District and so much more! Same building lower level is a coffee shop and there’s an amazing restaurant as well.
The interior of the lobby is like walking back into the 1920’s. The details are so beautiful.
The residents are so nice and respectful. I never heard loud music or anything disturbing the peace. They have a crew who is constantly working on keeping the building clean and spotless.
If I come back through, I would definitely choose to live there again!

Moving in was a breeze. Their maintenance staff was very helpful, and had a man running the freight elevator for us. The apartment was clean upon move in. After living there for a month, so far so good.

Coming from out of State, Sterling made it easy.

Sterling Land Company has been really helpful to me so far in order to find an appropriate apartment. Jess was quick to respond to all the questions I had, and she ensured that I found an apartment which met all my requirements. I would definitely recommend approaching them if you're ever in need for an apartment in Pittsburgh!

My son just began renting his apartment from Steerling Land Company. Avery and her team have been prompt and helpful. The lease was provided to us for signature the day we decided to take the apartment and approved the next day. There was a slight mixup concerning the availability of the apartment at the start date of the lease. We were notified and they made things right such that my son had his apartment on time. Upon moving in, there were two minor maintenance issues. My son submitted a maintenance request and Sterrling had both issues taken care of within a couple of days.

I lived 3 years at 4609 Bayard St and had pleasant experience at the property, all the problems were resolved promptly and there were no major issues. Dena is kindest receptionist and very helpful for anything I needed help with even after moving out. Only took 1 star off as there is no proper exhaust system installed in bathrooms, I think having that will prevent mold taking place which happened in my shower during winter as I can't leave window open to dry the bathroom and they don't do maintenance or responsibility for it so you need to figure out on your own.
