Meh. Dropped off a screen for repair and was given fair estimation that it would take 2-3 days. Had another one to repair a few days later and was told it would be likely not be possible within the space of one week, so I said forget about the latter one for now.

A week later, no call about the first screen. Went and picked it up — it was in fact ready — and the white screen frame had been given a black bead seating the screen, which is kind of unprofessional.

I like to see how places handle little jobs before I spend a bunch more, such as custom glass for tubs and showers. Or tables, or whatever custom work. This experience was a little lacking, so I will tread carefully in the future with respect to larger tasks/jobs.

They did a great job a few years ago replacing a windshield on our Jeep. Not sure if they are still doing auto glass.

Went in to have a very small piece of glass cut for an aquarium brace. The lady i dealt with acted put out, and was generally quite rude. She told me the piece of glass would be done in two days and that she would call my wife on Friday. No call whatsoever... We tried calling and no one answered during business hours. This will be the only business that they ever get from us again. I hate companies that treat smaller jobs as if they don't mean anything to them. Don't they understand that usually a small job done right usually will attract bigger jobs in the future. Guess not. Oh well... They lost my business anyway.

This place is wonderful when it comes to customer service I highly recommend. It's extremely clean inside this building. I don't know who does all the cleaning it must be so hard being a glass store whoever it is it looks very nice in there it's so pretty.

Not customer friendly. My wife went in for a simple measure shower door and provided estimate to replace glass with 7/8 smaller was treated like nothing more than a huge nuisance. The person who my wife spoke with said they had to make an appointment to measure the shower that would take approximately 10 day, then provide cost, yet door was in the vehicle parked on street, all they needed to do was measure the door to provide a cost. She call Kohler and in 3 minutes Kohler a cost and she ordered a replacement. Not sure how they stay in business.

Contacted them on Monday wanting to have several custom mirrors installed as we remodel 2 bathrooms. Left the message on Monday and their message assures you they will contact you by the end of the next business day. It's Friday and they haven't returned my call. I spoke clearly and repeated both my name and phone number. Their loss, I went to Hobby Lobby and purchased a framed mirror. For the next bathroom, I'll take my money to a Grand Rapids business.
