We stayed on #707. It was Even better than the pictures! Inside was too nice ? and the veiws of town & The lake were phenomenal. Its right at the lake, so you just walk down to the paved lake path and walk or ride…sooo beautiful this time of year.
Daniel was easy to communicate with, responded right away to my questions, very helpful & friendly. The condo was perfectly located to access keystone, frisco & Dillon and just a short drive to Breckenridge. The condo decorations & set up were perfect, very colorado. Couches and beds were very comfy (thats a biggie for me). And there was plenty of room for us to relax and eat, even when the guys joined us. We were even lucky enough to be able to drop off our luggage before check in time, so we didn’t have to leave it in the minivan ? all day!
We are 3 nurse practitioners up from The Springs for a nursing conference & our hubbies joined us for the last 2 days (weekend). All 3 had our own room & bathroom. We are all 50’s-60’s. It was quiet & no concerns with noisy parties etc. Very relaxing. Thinking of renting again during the ski season!
It was well stocked with anything we could possibly need. This was one of the best places I’ve stayed in (I travel a lot). HIGHLY recommend it! Can’t say enough good things…loved it!

My husband and I spent 3 amazing nights at this incredibly cute condo, for our first trip to Breckenridge this past weekend! The condo was in the PERFECT location; a very short walk to the downtown area for shopping and restaurants, and an even shorter walk to multiple trails, including the Snowflake trailhead (and ski-lift for you powder lovers!), where we explored the Sawmill Reservoir and also ended up making our way up the ski-hill to Vista Haus, ultimately to the summit of Peak 8 (Wow, just WOW!), then took the lift down to the Breckenridge Ski Village, and then walked back to the condo...we didn't have to use our car at all because of how perfectly located it was! On top of location, the condo was incredibly clean, comfortable and well stocked with all of the essentials (loved the chocolate treats!), and had the BEST deck where my husband and I sat multiple times a day (coffee in the morning and wine at night!) enjoying the sound of the babbling brook just outside the door! Despite being in a condo complex, we felt like we had so much privacy! Speaking of the brook, we thoroughly enjoyed leaving our patio door cracked open at night so we could sleep to the sound of the water and let in just a little of that fresh, cool mountain air! Daniel, the owner, was incredibly nice and EXTREMELY communicative, reaching out to make sure everything was perfect for our stay, which it absolutely was! If you are looking for a place to stay, whether for a romantic getaway or a mountain escape, THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU! Thank you so much again, Daniel, for sharing your home with us! WE WILL BE BACK!

This was our third stay in the Downtown Frisco unit and it was good, as always. The location is great- right on Main Street so our favorite restaurants are an easy walk. The unit is well-maintained, clean, comfortable and well-equipped. Daniel and Petra do a great job of communicating and checking in after arrival.

Condo - Entire home/apt hosted by Daniel. Located on Lake Ridge Circle in Keystone, in The Seasons.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at this condo, hosted by Daniel. It is as listed, quiet, and in a great location. This condo was impeccably clean and comfortable. I travel a lot, and often have issues with mattresses and pillows. Well, not this mattress. It was so comfortable and the pillows had different levels of softness/firmness. I prefer soft and moldable, and there was a pillow that satisfied that. The kitchen is well stocked. The living room is comfortable. On separate nights, I had my grandsons sleep over, and they too slept very soundly. They each commented about the bed comfort. The host is very easy to communicate with. I will definitely choose this place again!

Summit Retreats takes such great care of our condo, which we use regularly personally but also STR it. Their cleaning team is top notch; we’ve had so many guests compliment their services as well. Everything is spotless when we arrive and we appreciate their attention to detail.
