I will recommend this place and the Host hundred times over this place was amazing close to everything beach, Old San Juan, Condado and Ashford Avenue. It was amazing there is Mexican restaurant behind the place. Hamburger place across the street. It was amazing. I can’t say anything bad about this place.

This team is a pleasure to deal with. Texts and emails are promptly responded to. Their rentals are very nicely decorated and upkept . They will always be the first rentals I look for when traveling to Puerto Rico.

We just came back from an amazing stay at Mariyoliana located at Colinas Del Yunque. The property is beautiful and it has everything you need. Our host Jennifer was an excellent host, very attentive. We will definitely stay again. Looking forward to our next trip to Puerto Rico.

Great place to stay with family. It's clean, quiet, and close to the airport & beaches. Great restaurants few minutes away. We love that parking was available on the premises. Jennifer was an excellent host. She responded very quickly with any concerns we had. We will definitely stay again in the future.

Our trip to PR was amazing thanks to Jennifer, Poalo, Marcos & Christian. Each one of them provided services and a level of professionalism that I never imagined I could afford (and normaly cannot). My massage with Marcos was one of the best massages I've ever had. Christian's suggestions for food, beaches & more were just right for us. Jennifer and Poalo were perfectly attentive and responsive.
