What a bunch of crooks! They took half of my deposit! We had the carpets cleaned by a professional and they told me that they still weren't clean and so they were going to charge me $550 to have them recleaned out of my deposit. These carpets were so bad that when we moved in they had their carpet guy come twice but he told me they would never be completely cleaned because the owner didn't vacuum enough and they really need to be replaced, basically they smelled like dogs from day one. And then they had the never to charge me a full cleaning for leaving the place cleaner than when I moved in. They also charged me for doing repairs that they should have taken care of when we lived there. Beware, don't rent from them if you want your deposit back!

From a tenant perspective, I have really enjoyed timberline. They were very easy to work with, had great response times, and completed work orders in a timely fashion. I highly recommend them. They have been the best property management company we have worked with.

Unfortunately, our experience with Timberline Property Management has been brief, and altogether disappointing.

There was a property listed on Zillow that my husband and I were interested in touring. It had been posted for four days, and showed there had been no other applications, only contacts. We are moving from Texas to CO and aren't able to tour it ourselves, but we have family members in town who can.

They were shown the house that morning, and told us it was a great fit, so we decided to apply. But when I went to fill out the application on Zillow, the listing said inactive. I thought it was a mistake since my Mother in Law had toured it that same morning, and the person showing the property didn't mention there were any other potential tenants at that time. I went to their professional website and found the property there. It was still listed as available, so I applied online and paid the application fee.

It is now over forty-eight hours later, and they have yet to reach out to us via phone or email, even though my husband and I have both attempted calling, leaving voice mails, and emailing several times.

The posting is still active on their website, but has been taken down on zillow and all other rental sites... so we wasted $50 applying for this property that we found out wasn't available, not from anyone who worked there, but from the taken down listing.

Very disappointing, especially since the other reviews are so high.

I was asked if I would move out 2 months early from when my lease was up and all I asked was that I get my full deposit back if I agreed to that. Jennifer Miller with Timberline stated on the phone that of course I could. Shame on me for not having them put that in writing. I received my deposit and it was $600 less then it should have been.

I have retracked my bad review for Timberline. Brad from Timberline contacted me about my deposit and is reimbursing me the full amount that was with held. I appreciate when a busy will go over and beyond for their customers. Thank you Brad!

Brad and his team are fantastic, and truly take care of their tenants. Best experience we've had renting in this city, without question. We love our rental and it's community, and look forward to working with them for many years to come.
