I was denied for a property I applied to because I own a business and have a license to do so. They asked many questions and I gave them very personal vulnerable answers. I explained to them that my business is located in Utah and will only run it from there, so there will be no business being conducted on the premises or in the unit. They also asked me to verify all income, which I told them I am happy to do so and that’s not a problem. But I still got denied over my business. I am very disappointed in the way I was treated and disagree with how they handled it. They didn’t allow me to make changes so I wouldn’t be breaking the rules. So, if you have a business or make money from inside their rentals, don’t waste your time and money, because you’ll be denied.

I live at the Chaparral Apts and I love my corner unit,. It is so beautiful all updated brand new flooring and new cupboards, beautiful covered cupboards, we have a security 24 seven cameras up that work we do not get bothered by many other people. It’s very quiet community. Everybody gets along with your neighbors quite well at chaparral and we have a great Manager. She is wonderful. She’s new to our place but she is wonderful and I really love living here and I’ve been here three years.

I live in Burley at their Goose Creek complex. The apartment is nice, considering the subsidized housing. I won't deny, I love my apartment and I hope posting a Google review won't get me in trouble. But I've gotta say, their management is horrible. Making a maintenance request is impossible, and even though they have "office hours", there's never anyone there. They always talk about deadlines for certain paperwork and all that jazz, but half the reason my paperwork has been late had been because I can't ever get a hold of anyone. And me and several of my neighbors have had some serious concerns about certain things going on recently and it's been that we either can't reach anyone to express our concerns or no one in management seems to care. It's just very frustrating to never be able to make anyone reach anyone in the office.

I had my property manager enter twice with no permission or letting me know without 24 hour notice to enter. Now It looks like she owes me 334.44 in deposit refund and have mailed them 4 times and called with no reply’s .

I put in an application to move into the Adare apartments and Sarah. I apparently decided I was not worthy. Kathy was very nice and I appreciated her help. Just kind of ghosted me and I finally went in today to hand her the deposit check and she said that I’ve been declined even after sending in my appeals letter it’s kind of disheartening because Kathy said that there shouldn’t be any problems.

Extremely poor management. Here recently I was granted a voucher for an apartment, located one at their Laytah Village complex. I submitted my application along with various other documents. I fell short, so I submitted additional income as requested. And poof! The property manager quit, along with all of my paperwork. In the last 2 weeks I have emailed Tomlinson & Associate s requesting a decision or at the very least to please allow me to have ALL of my paperwork returned because they are in possession of the documents that are required by the Ada County Housing Authority. They will not answer my requests. In my opinion, that demonstrates very, very poor management. So beware, if you encounter a problem there's a good chance you will never get any help.

AKA Adare. This is the worst place to rent from. I made them aware of several issues including security issues and harassment by a neighbor stocking me and my son and ringing my doorbell repeatedly at 3:00 am! I moved because issues were not addressed/resolved and still I'm being charged for 2 months when I left only 1 month before my lease was up. good thing I had taken lots of pictures. And they posted to my credit without sending out a bill or an explanation of the charges.

I'd moved to Twin Falls and started with Tomlinson & Associates doing Unit Turns and Cleaning Common Areas for 5 apartment complexes. Eventually, became a Resident Manager. I was unaware of the "Big" picture in how property management flows due to being new. After being in property management and gaining alot of experience, Tomlinson & Associates is a professional & knowledgeable company. I had a Regional Manager who is intelligent and responsive to her team of employees.
