I lived with top care management for a year and it was amazing. I had a lot of ups and downs with a roommate situation but they were very supportive, understanding, and extremely helpful throughout it. I truly appreciate everything Sheindy has done for me throughout the lease! If I ever had an issue, she would help me resolve it immediately and as well as responded to emails immediately. I had an absolute great experience with top care management!

This summer I went through a complicated lease take over from our old tenant and I have to say that I was incredibly impressed by the team I worked with at Top Care Management, particularly Sheindy who is now our apartments representative within top care. Throughout the entire process of signing our new lease, Sheindy was patient, fair, transparent, accommodating, and genuinely empathetic. It’s one thing to have these qualities when a lease transfer is easy, but to showcase such warmth and professionalism when dealing with what was frankly an ugly situation is above and beyond what I would expect from a management company’s rep in NYC. Because of this experience, I can’t recommend top care enough (especially if you have the privilege of getting Sheindy as your rep!) I’m incredibly grateful for all her hard work and most of all for renewing my faith in NYC leasing.
