Me atendieron rapido, me facilito en persona comunicacion en espanol, me orientaron sobre farmacia, muy Buena la atencion. Lo unico es q todo es muy tecnologico no se puede comunicar por telefono y para conocer resultados importantes como Covid es por via portal y no pude acceder. Fui posteriormente y solicite cambio medicamentos, me inyectaron y ayudo a recuperarme Mas pronto, me llamaron para consultar como me sentia y para decirme resultados de tests de Flu y Covid.

La verdad me sentí muy bien con l atención desde que entre, Me atendieron y ayudaron en todo lo que necesite a pesar de no saber hablar el idioma , gracias a la ayuda de la Dra venezolana, y al radiologo se portaron muy atentos y profesionales.

DO NOT GO HERE. I went on a Sunday morning and needed an Xray of my ankle, and elbow. They said my insurance wasn't going through, and said I would have to pay 260 if I wanted to be seen. I told them I would pay it and then call my insurance company on Monday. I was in pain and didn't have many options on a Sunday. I called my insurance company the next day, and they said it is covered. They told me to file a complaint against the urgent care since they didn't even try to run it through and instead lied to me about it not being covered. They also told me to tell Dr. G's to run it through after the fact so they can pay Dr. G and then Dr. G can pay me back the $260.00 I laid out. I called Dr. G's billing dept and spoke to Andrea, and she told me they would not submit the claim since there are no refunds. I tried to explain to her that they would only reimburse me once insurance paid them and it's not a refund, but she said they would not do it. I even said if they insurance for some reason paid less than 260.00 to only return the difference to me. Since the person at the front desk didn't do his job, I am now not able to have insurance cover it. I went back to the urgent care, and they didn't even make a copy of my insurance card for my chart. I am still waiting for a manager to call me back. They take advantage of people when they are desperate for medical attention. Terrible to work with.

Arrived as soon as they opened so check in was a breeze. Very satisfied with the cost of paying out of pocket. Also loved how quickly we were seen for what we went in for, suture removal. I appreciate the efforts made by the person working with my son to calm him. Overall a peaceful, attentive service by the front desk, nurse and doctor.

They will steal your money.

Called in to get a CORTISONE shot. Asked if they had CORTISONE SHOT services available. They told me they do CORTISONE shots. I get there, pay the copay, and I’m seen. They do the consult, and then as the gentleman is preparing to give me the shot? I ask once more, “how long is this shot going to last me?” He says “12 hours, but I’ve had cases where the pain subsides for 2 days or so”. I’m no doctor, but I do know that cortisone shots last anywhere from 4 weeks to 4 months depending on the severity of the issue. I said to the man, “no im sorry, I do not want this shot, this is not what I came here for” the doctor comes back into the office and I say, “I called in this morning asking for a cortisone shot, I was assured by whoever answered, that this is a service you provide, only to find when I arrive, you DO NOT offer cortisone shots. I’d like a refund for being misled that you have what I was looking for. You’ve taken me in. So I’d like to pay for the consult, but I have refused the service, and would like to be refunded, for being misled and not having done the service.” The office tells me they are not able to offer refunds, it’s against Dr G’s policy. And that they have a steroid shot (what they were trying to give me) that “just doesn’t last as long as a cortisone shot”. 12 hours, compared to 4 weeks to 4 months is a SUBSTANCIAL DIFFERENCE. I don’t even know how to pronounce the shot they were trying to inject me with, how could I ever have asked for something that I don’t even know exists?
I explained, I did not receive the shots, nor do you have what I came here for, yet, I’m still responsible for the mistake that you guys made? I’m still responsible to pay for a service that was never rendered? I’m responsible for your employee telling me that you have something you don’t? They had the audacity to tell me that they’d offer a credit. A credit? After this experience, why on earth would I accept a credit for a place that I would never go to, or recommend anyone ever step foot in.

Do not sign off on anything with these people, do not trust what they say. They want you in the door for the copay, and the rest is the rest regardless of what is morally, or ethically correct. I repeat, do not come here.
I didn’t get the shot that I was never requesting to begin with, and they won’t refund me, even after I DECLINED the procedure I never wanted, or asked for in the first place.

They are so wonderful here! They got my boyfriend in and seen in 10 minutes during a hurricane. They were patient and let us call around to find a pharmacy still open that late at night and sent the prescription there when we found one. Such lovely staff and extremely helpful.Thank you so so much!

Hubby and I have been here twice now, and both visits have been handled expeditiously and thoroughly. Place is very clean, staff is great and very accommodating—I much prefer Dr G’s over any other Urgent Care/walk-in clinic I’ve ever experienced. We didn’t make appointments either time, walked in, and were seen right away. AND we received a follow-up call the next day to see how we were feeling—now THAT’s good service!!! As clarification, we went to the location in Promenade Plaza on N Federal Hwy in Ft Lauderdale. Also to note, it appears that they provide a lot of other services as well (school/work physicals, pretty much anything your “regular” physician can do). So don’t hesitate to visit Dr G’s; they’ll take good care of you!
