We arrived in NYC and requested the service of Destination Real Estate. We wanted a small studio space. Lawrence showed us a nice one and then decided to show us an actual apartment, and was love at first sight. Don’t worry. I’ll make it happen,” he said, and he made it happen. We got a great apartment at great value on my birthday! It’s a beautiful place, with natural light in a nice neighborhood. Just perfect!

We’re a couple new in NYC. After looking at some god-awful studios, we weren’t expecting such a great surprise from Destination. Lawrence was amazing. This guy cares. We first looked at a very nice studio but he then said, “I got something better.” He then showed us a small apartment that was more suited to our needs and we loved it. The fact that he could match a space he saw us in, a top notch apt in a nice neighborhood at a great price, right then and there, is invaluable. Trust me, if you’re moving to NYC, this is the kind of welcome you want.
