Highly inattentive tenant support, the only way to contact them is via a help line which does not even lead to a direct employee of this company. Also, the company is a scam in which they do not return your deposit once you move out. They completely cut contact with you and do not respond to any calls or emails. Do not rent from them!

I first want to start this off by saying thank you very much for maintaining our property extremely well throughout all of the pandemic and so on because I could not have asked for a better rental company to do business with. I appreciate everything that you folks have done for me and my little family so far. I have been a long standing tenant for over three years. Any maintenance request I have had, was resolved in a timely manner. Everybody I’ve come in contact with through the company was very kind, warm, and friendly. I would recommend this company to anybody, especially my own friends and family.

Going in 48 hours without heat due to a gas leak at the furnace. It's been a nightmare trying to get a vendor to be dispatched to rectify the issue. Had to spend New Year's Day away from my wife and child because I had to wait for someone to come to the property if one would be dispatched. I was assured one would. That never happened. No one is taking proper ownership of the issue.

Stole hundreds from my security deposit. Per the PA rental law sections (a) - (c) they did not follow the deposit return process. Contacted them many times and they never replied, because they know they are at fault. They hire the cheapest and worst laborers for repairs. We had to wait months for water tank issues to be resolved. Hate ya, thanks!

If I cannot get into contact with anyone for over 3 weeks in regards to a rental property I'm interested in, it is a VERY GOOD indicator that I will be treated the same way as a tenant. I still have not heard back from this company and at this point I really do not want to. Tenant beware and Owners beware. As a owner I'd be exceptionally upset if the company im paying to move my property wasn't responding to potential tenants. As a business owner myself, I am repulsed by how this company treats its tenants and clients.

Three Rivers Property Management is terrible. The person I spoke to on the phone after calling about a black mold problem in the basement hung up on me when I asked if anything could be done (mind you, the property manager said the mold would be taken care of upon move in -- that was a year ago). I have asthma now because of it. They also failed to add weather stripping under the doors, or close the fireplaces, which caused our heating bill to be super high in the winter. At one point, snow was coming down the chimney. Again, it took a lot of phone calls to get anything done about this.

I'm moving out in a couple of weeks because of the whole "can't breathe in my own home" issue, and just got off of the phone with someone from Three Rivers Property. I asked if I could be connected with the property manager to discuss final month's rent/the security deposit/general moving out details/dying of mold/etc., and she said no. Just... no. So yeah! Don't make the mistake I did. You deserve better than this.

They are amazing! Some of the nicest, hardest working people I could have hoped for. When I was looking for someone to manage my properties and I met with them I knew it was an instant fit. They have a done a great job keeping my units rented and in good shape and I don't need to worry about anything, I can just sit back and collect the rent.

Absolutely awful! Their communication was terrible, it took me a week of calling them for them to finally get back to me about setting up a time to move me, even though we had already paid. The movers did a terrible job loading my things, everything was just thrown in the truck with no consideration for my stuff. They broke a very large frame for a painting, I have spent over two weeks calling them to try to put in a claim and have them fix this and they started to screen and ignore my calls instead of fixing the problem they created. I also put in a complaint with the BBB and they are not responding to them either. I would not recommend them at all!
