Todos estamos muy satisfechos y agrademos por todo.

This apartment complex is now the ideal place to live peacefully with your family and your furry friend. It is very easy to apply. They are very nice apartments and with respect to the owners, they are excellent owners always willing to help their tenants. Whenever you have a problem, they are very efficient and quick to respond. The negative comments are based on previous times where I recognize that it was not so good but now thanks to the new Team we are very happy here. I have lived here for three years and I love my neighbors, they are very kind and supportive people.

This new group of owners and workers at this apartment complex are great. Now it is worth it for them to move here. For the little money you pay you will get a very nice apartment and fast service when you need it. I have been here for three years now and I don't plan on moving to No Se until I buy my own house. Thanks to Mr. John and the new manager including the girls in the office, everyone is an excellent team.

With rising rental costs, we were unsure if the girls would be able to use an indoor facility this winter. Thanks to G&C’s incredible generosity, they now have a space to train and stay sharp during the colder months.

But their support didn’t stop there. G&C Realty also provided back-to-school supplies and bags for students in need, making a difference in even more young lives.

I rented with this company for three years and honestly was one of the best rental companies I have used yet. Staff was always pleasant and accommodating. They respect your privacy and have compassion and understanding. I had a large maintenance issue and the landlord offered to compensate me for the cost of a hotel if I wanted to stay there for the night. Maintenance issues were resolved very quickly, even during after hours. My apartment was well maintained and furnished with quality materials and the landscaping and general area around the property was maintained very well. I really liked their app which was very convenient. you can pay your rent, make maintenance requests, view your lease, ect. I have zero complains and would rent with G&C again if I needed to.

Jennifer was wonderful at answering all our questions and showing us the units right away! She's very up-beat and informative, but also has a great vibe!

We had an overall wonderful experience with her, even though we had found a different property that suited our needs. She definitely does the company a favor with a great and inviting personality! 🙂

I rented a property from G&C Realty for over 4 years. Modern and newly updated with affordable pricing. If I didn't end up needing a bigger place I would have stayed. Never had an issue in my 4 years and general maintenance issues were fixed promptly. Never had maintenance come out more than once for an issue, it was fixed the day they were there. Big shout out to the property manager/landlord Jen for being very agreeable and understanding in working with us on our move out. Prompt, crystal clear communication and she 100% worked around our schedule for viewings. The rest of the team Mary, Rich and Dan were also awesome! Wouldn’t hesitate to rent from them again.

The apartment building is located in a nice neighborhood. Very quiet street to live on. Building is very well kept. The lady that showed me the apartment (Jen) was very helpful. She even took the time to show a very similar apartment that was 100$ less then the one I was there to see. She was very professional and gave me all the info I needed with in minutes of leaving the property.
